Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversary dinners, quinceaneras,
Christmas and holiday banquets, birthday parties, luncheons, or a theme banquet
like a masquerade ball or a casino night. Hors d'oeuvre receptions are
available, too.
Our banquet hall, a venue which seats up to 250 people, is
located on the North end of our Richardson location. Large
corporate meetings and events, rehearsal dinners, wedding
receptions, buffets, and elegant
sit down dinners can
be reserved for evenings Monday through Sunday and lunch Saturday and
Sunday. Cash bar or host bar is optional.
To plan a banquet, we need to know the event date, the approximate number of
guests, the menu, type of alcohol service if any, the approximate time and length of the event, and any
additional special requirements you may have. We can then give you a
price. You can call with other questions, but don't ask about price until you
can specify a few things about your event. Generally, events cost about
$30 per person, but they vary widely. Send an email with the information
above to banquets@cafemax.com. We try to get the proposals to you by the
end of the day.
To book a banquet or event, a non refundable deposit of $175 is required along with
the signed contract for the event.
