Details

Refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $500.  

Room charge is $125 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.  Hours beyond the reserved hours are $175 per hour.  10% of the food and beverage purchase is used to discount the room charge.

Sales Tax of 8.25% is not included.

Gratuity of 20% of food and beverage is not included.
