Eight foods account for 90% of all food-allergic reactions. They are milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, and soy. We use most of these ingredients (milk, egg, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat) directly in our recipes. We may indirectly use peanut and soy through the products we buy and use as other ingredients in our recipes.

If you have food allergies we cannot guarantee that the food you order does not have some of these allergens in them, either by recipe where the ingredient is supposed to be in there, like flour in cookies, or by accident where, for example, a measuring cup for nuts was used later as a measuring cup for sugar, or where a normally gluten free item such as soybean oil has larger than trace amounts of gluten because of inadvertant cross contamination during its production.
